Kim Kardashian Admits She Struggles With Her Diet

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian has revealed that she is a “terrible eater” and “struggles” to maintain a perfectly healthy diet at all times.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashian’s star is famed for showing off her voluptuous curves in a range of skin-tight outfits, but Kim has revealed that she doesn’t deny herself the odd treat or two.

“If I’m at home in the evening, I’m a terrible eater. That’s when I’m most likely to give in to temptation and eat things I know I shouldn’t. I really love Mexican food and pizza, so it’s a bit of a struggle to stay away from it,” she confessed to British magazine more!

“But I try not to deprive myself of the food I love - I just limit the amount.”

Kim is constantly followed around by a camera crew for her reality TV programs, including Keeping Up with the Kardashians and Kourtney and Kim Take New York - in which she stars with her older sister.

The 31-year-old star revealed that she doesn’t mind the fame, but wishes she could have time off always looking super glam: “Not fame itself, but I wouldn’t mind spending the odd day without make-up once in a while. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not complaining. I’m very happy with the life I’ve chosen, but I think there’s a balance,” she explained.

Miley Cyrus sticks to a strict exercise regime and is regularly seen attending Pilates classes, sometimes twice a day, but is she taking the diet too far?

The hard work certainly seems to have paid off, as Miley has been photographed looking slimmer and slimmer lately, but the 19-year-old singer looked incredibly thin in a grey vest dress which left little to the imagination yesterday. British newspaper the Daily Mail said that Miley ‘appeared to have the ‘lollipop’ head look which is typical of celebrities whose frames have shrunk leaving their heads looking out of proportion.’

The 19-year-old was spotted leaving her Miami hotel in the mini dress which she wore without a bra and military style boots. She was spotted leaving her hotel with her Mum, Tish, who accompanied her famous daughter to the Florida city.

Waiting outside for Miley was a gaggle of female fans and the star took the time to greet her admirers, happily posing for pictures with her arms wrapped around them. Miley seemed in good spirits and appears to be having a great time in the sunny location, but it seems the star is missing her pet pooches while she is away.

She wrote on her Twitter page on Monday: ‘I miss my babies at home. homesick already.’

But Miley’s dog Happy, who she rescued after he was abandoned outside a Walmart store, was lucky enough to accompany his owner on the trip. The star, who has five dogs, will presumably also be missing her boyfriend Liam Hemsworth, but the Hunger Games actor bid her a fond farewell before she headed to the airport on Monday.

Miley Cyrus appears to be vanishing before our eyes lately, as she’s started working out, attending pilate lessons, and sticking to a strict diet.The 19-year-old starlet was seen not once but twice today in skimpy workout gear.

This morning she was spotted in tiny Lycra bicycle shorts, a black bra and grey tank top, walking her dog in Studio City, California. The gorgeous Alaskan pooch led her owner around as they frolicked in the  sunshine.

Later in the day, Miley changed into a different grey top and black yoga trousers to take a pilates class in West Hollywood. Her flat midriff was on full display, and her hip bones were startlingly visible. Miley, Miley has been photographed daily on her way to some form of work out, leading some to speculate that the singer-actress is addicted to exercise.

She has furiously maintained that she is not anorexic, after a series of reports suggested that she was suffering from the eating disorder. She took to her Twitter page to hit back at the rumours, claiming her weight loss was due to a dietary allergy.

Miley wrote: ‘For everyone calling me anorexic, I have a gluten and lactose allergy,’ she wrote on her Twitter account yesterday. ‘It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!’
 

She told one fan: ‘Everyone should try no gluten for a week! The change in your skin, physical and mental health is amazing. You won’t go back!’

Miley’s frame has been noticeably slimmer lately, in comparison to just seven months ago during a performance on stage in November. Fans of the former Hannah Montana star became concerned about the star after after she recently tweeted a photograph of herself inhaling the contents of a Carl’s Jr takeout bag.

Khloé Kardashian admits her weight has been a “life-long struggle”.

The 27-year-old reality TV star has to train hard to maintain her svelte figure. She has made no secret of her body issues in the past, having complained to her sisters Kim and Kourtney about being “fat” on their reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

“I’m working out really hard right now,” she told British magazine more! “I’m trying to tone up. My weight has been a life-long struggle and I have to work so hard to stay in shape. I think, when I got married, I got lazy. Lamar [Odom] and I had a phase where all we would do is lie with each other and do nothing.”

Khloé tries to stay in shape as she films her new reality show with her basketball star husband. The brunette beauty is learning to love her apple shape and refuses to compare herself to her petite sisters.

“There’s no point. I’m 5ft10ins, they’re 5ft and 5ft2 - it’s not a good comparison,” she said. “We just have different bodies. But do they have body parts I wish I had? Yes! I wish I had Kim’s boobs. I do have issues with my tummy and my arms, but you can always tone them up.”

Khloé’s favourite body part is her lengthy legs, as “they always stay pretty toned” and she enjoys boxing to keep fit.

Imogen Thomas has revealed all on her recent weight loss, whilst explaining her motivation to trim down. The Big Brother beauty, who is thrilled to have dropped a dress size over the past two months, has chatted about the change.

Speaking to new! about how much she’s lost, she says: ” I don’t weigh myself but I guess about 13lbs, but I have been exercising a lot too.” Talking about her previous size, she said she was “a size 12 and now I’m down to a size 10, so I have dropped a dress size.”

Imogen says her new figure was down to some help from weight-loss supplement, Slimsticks. She says she takes two sachets in the morning in her porridge or water and one or two more before dinner.

Speaking about motivation and whether Twitter fat jibes helped drive her, she said: “Yeah, there are only so many fat comments you can take. I get it every day, it’s pure nastiness.”

The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence has revealed how impress she was with how much weight she managed to lose during the filming of the movie. Jennifer admitted to The Sun that she did not go to the gym once and also ate more than usual.

Lawrence explained, “I didn’t know until the interviewers told me that all the fans were p*ssed because I was blonde. Then I was like, ‘What? Damn, I’ll just dye my hair’. It was great to lose weight because it was unintentional. I didn’t go to the gym once. It was just a really physical movie.
 
She added, “I actually ate more on that movie than I ever have on any other because it was non-stop and physical and I needed energy. It happened very naturally with all the training. It was hard to keep weight on for continuity. I ate a ton. Any picture you see of me from that set, I’m probably eating.”
 
Jennifer continued, “It was intense. I had training about three times a day for a few months. Then, once we started working, I had to have the training just for endurance because it was so many hours. I mean, if there’s a scene of me running up a mountain, that’s what we shot all day - me running up a mountain. I had about six weeks of archery. It was brand new to me and I loved it. I think I’m good at shooting arrows now - and I can skin a squirrel!”

Part of Me singer, Katy Perry, has revealed to MTV how she had to go on a certain diet and also got herself a personal trainer, to help to get her into tip top shape for the music video for the Part of Me single. Katy admitted that she learnt how to do a lot of things, although not everything was perfect.

Perry explained, “I got on a meal plan. I’m still on that meal plan, although I cheat a little bit - I have to live! I got a fantastic person to work me out and get me into really good shape. On the actual base, I did a lot of things. I flipped girls, I learned how to fireman-carry. I know how to carry my weight a little bit more.”
 
Katy Perry then went on to admit that, while she was beginning to master many of the things that she needed to do, she was still having great difficulty with one aspect of the training regime, something that many people will be able to relate tp.
 
She added, “One thing I can’t do, and I hope that there are other people out there that feel the same way, is climb a rope. Oh my gosh, it’s so hard to climb rope! It’s all about grip and arms. I tried five or six times on set, but I had to cheat that shot. My hands were shaking.”

John Carter actor Taylor Kitsch has revealed how it was not easy for him to get into the best physical shape of his life for his role in the movie. Taylor claims that it was very hard work, eating more than usual and having the discipline to keep up with the training.

Kitsch explained, “It’s a challenge, put it that way. It’s more of a marathon to keep it that way, which is very tough, especially when you’re working as well. It’s not like I was just working out and resting.”
 
He added, “It’s just discipline, even more of it. I worked out at 4:30 in the morning before work, surrounded every meal with protein, taking in twice as much food and then the discipline truly comes with the training, but more with just the diet.”
 
However, despite the toughness of getting into shape and maintain that physique, Taylor Kitsch admits that he would love to be involved in any possible John Carter sequel and is hopeful that it will happen. He stated, “I hope to do another one!”

Dancing On Ice contestant Jennifer Ellison has revealed how she intends to stay in tip top shape, even when she has finished her spell on the reality television show. Jennifer put on weight during her pregnancy but thanks to a healthy balanced diet and good exercise regime, she has managed to lose weight.

Ellison explained, “I’ve gained muscle and do feel more toned, especially around my legs and bum. My body is in the best shape it has ever been but, if I fell pregnant, I’d make sure I do the exercises and keep it off.”
 
However, Jennifer Ellison did admit that there would be one thing that she is definitely looking forward to when she is finished with Dancing On Ice, seeing more of her husband. She added, “I’m hardly seeing my husband to be honest.”
 
Jennifer Ellison impressed the judges on Dancing On Ice last week and she is edging ever nearer to making it into the final. Yet Jennifer still has her work cut out and there is still a long way to go and, with any reality television show, you just never know what is going to happen.

The Amazing Spider-Man actress Emma Stone has revealed how she was put through a rather intense exercise regime by a trainer, while filming the latest adaptation of the comic book superhero. However, Emma admits that, since filming on the movie finished, she has let her diet slip and has gained a few pounds.

Stone explained, “I had a trainer during Spider-Man and I discovered I have deep-seated rage when I’m holding heavy weights over my head. Whatever dormant anger I have in me, that’s where it comes out. That’s not the kind of working out I want to do. I would much rather sleep at night than want to throw a weight across a room at someone. I’m usually a pretty peaceful person, but for some reason when I get in the gym something bubbles up in me.”
 
She added, “I do have that thing of, ‘Oh my God, I’m disgusting! I ate a huge Wagamama lunch, the whole yaki soba, and I feel so fat’. But I’m still going to eat that stuff, and you know what? You can get nice, loose clothes that cover it all up. I’m not going to go parading around in a bikini. OK, I did that in a photo shoot once, but it’s about what you’re comfortable with at the time you’re comfortable with it. That was a good day, but you won’t hear me saying I have no body issues because I wouldn’t be human if I didn’t”

Former winner of the ITV reality singing competition, The X Factor, Alexandra Burke has revealed how she has managed to lose weight and drop a dress size, after deciding to get herself on a diet and exercise more. Alexandra admitted that she made the decision to lose weight, after seeing Myleene Klass looking so good back in December of last year, encouraging her to get herself in shape.

Burke explained, “The first time I met Simon [Cowell] I was 16 and he asked to see my passport because he thought I was 25. I’m young and I want to show how much fun I can have. I started working out on 7 January. I saw pictures of Myleene Klass in Barbados over Christmas and I was like, ‘Oh my God! How is she looking that good?’ So I started doing loads of classes at the gym.”
 
She added, “I was a size 10, but now I’m an 8-10 and my arms, legs and bum have lifted. I genuinely feel great now.” It was recently reported that Alexandra Burke has been dating Tottenham Hotspur striker Jermaine Defoe but, as of yet, neither of them have confirmed or denied the romantic link.

We have still got another year to wait until we get to final experience the latest reboot of the Superman franchise, with the Zack Snyder directed movie Man of Steel. However, with the movie already well into filming, there has already been quite a fair amount of Man of Steel material available for fans to cast their eyes over, especially pictures from the set of the Superman movie.

Now, Henry Cavill, who is the latest actor to take on the role of Superman in Man of Steel, has revealed how much effort went into his diet to help to get him into shape for the role of a lifetime. Henry revealed his diet, saying, “I’m on 5000 calories a day… You’ve got to eat protein first, then a little bit of carbs…you’ve got to keep your hunger levels going.”
 
That is quite some diet when you consider that if you compare a diet, 5000 calories is approximately double the recommended daily guideline amount for the average male. However, Henry Cavill needed to bulk up and he worked out so hard that his body needed the extra intake. You can see Henry Cavill in Man of Steel when it is released on June 14, 2013.
