The Hunger Games actress Jennifer Lawrence has revealed how impress she was with how much weight she managed to lose during the filming of the movie. Jennifer admitted to The Sun that she did not go to the gym once and also ate more than usual.

Lawrence explained, “I didn’t know until the interviewers told me that all the fans were p*ssed because I was blonde. Then I was like, ‘What? Damn, I’ll just dye my hair’. It was great to lose weight because it was unintentional. I didn’t go to the gym once. It was just a really physical movie.
 
She added, “I actually ate more on that movie than I ever have on any other because it was non-stop and physical and I needed energy. It happened very naturally with all the training. It was hard to keep weight on for continuity. I ate a ton. Any picture you see of me from that set, I’m probably eating.”
 
Jennifer continued, “It was intense. I had training about three times a day for a few months. Then, once we started working, I had to have the training just for endurance because it was so many hours. I mean, if there’s a scene of me running up a mountain, that’s what we shot all day - me running up a mountain. I had about six weeks of archery. It was brand new to me and I loved it. I think I’m good at shooting arrows now - and I can skin a squirrel!”

Sin City actress Jessica Alba has revealed how she gets around a few of the issues that come with bringing up a child while being a famous movie star. Jessica has admitted that her daughter Honor often asks her about the paparazzi, so she tries to explain them to her as best she can.

Alba explained, “When the paparazzi follow us, and she asks me what they’re doing, I tell her, ‘They’re just taking pictures. Isn’t that silly?’ I don’t want her to have anxiety, so I tell her they do that to everyone, not just our family.”
 
Jessica then went on to admit that she often tells her daughter little white lies but insists that it is for the childs best interests. She added, “I serve Honor flavoured sparkling water, she thinks that it’s soda and that’s what I let her think,” she reveals. “I told her that ‘brown soda’ is only for adults and she believes me. Ha!”

Hollywood actor Jonah Hill has revealed to Herald how he is proud of himself for managing to lose so much weight, as he now feels much healthier for it. Jonah also admitted that he believes that he will be able to attract a number of different roles with his new skinny look.

Hill explained, “It was important to me, not just because of my health, but also, as an actor, you want to be able to cover a range of roles. Being a chubby guy, I realised I was probably going to keep getting chubby guy roles… They’re usually comedic roles too. So, the weight loss will hopefully change that.”
 
He added, “I want to make more movies like Moneyball, right alongside movies like 21 Jump Street. I want to prove to the world that you don’t have to be fat to be funny. It helps, of course, but it’s not crucial.”
 
Jonah Hill can currently be seen on the big screen, starring alongside Channing Tatum, in the movie 21 Jump Street, which is set to be released in both the US and the UK tomorrow (Friday, March 16).

Dancing On Ice contestant Jennifer Ellison has revealed how she intends to stay in tip top shape, even when she has finished her spell on the reality television show. Jennifer put on weight during her pregnancy but thanks to a healthy balanced diet and good exercise regime, she has managed to lose weight.

Ellison explained, “I’ve gained muscle and do feel more toned, especially around my legs and bum. My body is in the best shape it has ever been but, if I fell pregnant, I’d make sure I do the exercises and keep it off.”
 
However, Jennifer Ellison did admit that there would be one thing that she is definitely looking forward to when she is finished with Dancing On Ice, seeing more of her husband. She added, “I’m hardly seeing my husband to be honest.”
 
Jennifer Ellison impressed the judges on Dancing On Ice last week and she is edging ever nearer to making it into the final. Yet Jennifer still has her work cut out and there is still a long way to go and, with any reality television show, you just never know what is going to happen.

Former winner of the ITV reality singing competition, The X Factor, Alexandra Burke has revealed how she has managed to lose weight and drop a dress size, after deciding to get herself on a diet and exercise more. Alexandra admitted that she made the decision to lose weight, after seeing Myleene Klass looking so good back in December of last year, encouraging her to get herself in shape.

Burke explained, “The first time I met Simon [Cowell] I was 16 and he asked to see my passport because he thought I was 25. I’m young and I want to show how much fun I can have. I started working out on 7 January. I saw pictures of Myleene Klass in Barbados over Christmas and I was like, ‘Oh my God! How is she looking that good?’ So I started doing loads of classes at the gym.”
 
She added, “I was a size 10, but now I’m an 8-10 and my arms, legs and bum have lifted. I genuinely feel great now.” It was recently reported that Alexandra Burke has been dating Tottenham Hotspur striker Jermaine Defoe but, as of yet, neither of them have confirmed or denied the romantic link.

Ulrika claims that the key reason that she is so skinny is because she suffers from a chronic back condition and she admits that she is very much a lover of food.

Jonsson explained, “Let’s make no bones about it: I’m skinny. I’m thin. Far be it from me to try to convince you otherwise. I am, indeed, slighter than I was two years ago. I should have known after donning a skin-tight dress to dance on Let’s Dance For Sport Relief that there would, once again, be “concerns” about my size. And yet, I doubt I have the answers anyone wants to hear. I suffer from a chronic back condition which was the cause of the majority of my weight loss.”
 
She added, “Five years ago my back gave up the ghost and following my last painful pregnancy, which saw me balloon to 14 stone, it took me 18 months to shed the baby weight. After that, the chronic pain from my back sent me into depression. As anyone who suffers from long-term pain knows, it takes over your life and, for me, it took away my appetite — for food and life itself.”

Riley explained, “I decided I was going to make a change and eat healthier.” Amber then continued by adding, “I’m a lot more comfortable in dresses especially gowns. We had to revamp the wardrobe. They bought a lot of new clothes for me and we have to take in a lot of my pants and dresses.”
 
She continued, “I’ve always been comfortable with my size. Imogen concluded, “I take them to heart and it affects my relationships. Nearly all my boyfriends have told me to stop obsessing about my weight, but I can’t help it. I feel like I’ve been on a diet all my life. People say I’ve got a great body, but I’m stuck in binge-diet hell.” Imogen Thomas has become a regular hate figure, with people often being rude and offencive towards her on her Twitter page.

Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol actress Paula Patton has revealed how she struggled to shed the extra weight that she had gained during her pregnancy. Paula claims that it is quite possibly one of the hardest things that she has ever had to do but the fact that she has a beautiful child is definitely worth the pain.

Patton explained, “It was really… most gruelling and one of the hardest things I’ve done. I worked out for two and half hours, six days a week for a couple of months. It was so hard! I would never cry in front of the boys, but inside I was hurting and a little depressed. You have to get past that moment of self-doubt. After a month, the wall came down and the training felt doable. It still wasn’t easy, but doable and that felt really empowering.”
 
She added, “Becoming a mother is the best thing that’s happened to me. [Julian]’s at the age where he’s talking. He’s not doing soliloquies, but he’s saying ‘Mama’, ‘Dada’, ‘car’ and ‘dog’. His vocabulary is growing every day. He makes me so happy.” Paula Patton is next set to appear on the big screen in Disconnect, which is due to be released later this year.

Australian actress Rebel Wilson, who is probably best known for her role as Brynn in the hit comedy Bridesmaids, has revealed how she has had to stop her diet after losing too much weight for her latest role. Rebel, who lost 10kg after becoming the face of weight loss company Jenny Craig, claims that she had to stop losing weight due to contractual obligations.

Wilson explained, “I have been filming a musical called Pitch Perfect in Louisiana for the past few months and for my contract in that movie I had to stay the same size. I’d lost 10kg and then had to maintain that for the whole movie, which is quite difficult. I was lucky in that I didn’t really have any health issues in that I had to lose weight or my heart would explode, but it was more just feeling more comfortable in myself.”
 
She added, “When I walked into the US agency I am with, they saw me and thought, ‘We don’t have anyone who looks like you, so we are going to accept you’. Then once you are talented and people find out about it, hopefully people will start writing roles for me.” Rebel Wilson insists that she will return to her diet as soon as she has finished filming and hopes to drop to 80kg by the end of this year.
