Lily Allen’s new album in the works

It has been reported that British singer Lily Allen is currently working on some new material for a potential new album. Lily was recently spotted at RAK Studios in St John’s Wood, where she was writing some new songs and it is believed that she is hoping to record her third album there in the coming year.

An insider told Daily Star Sunday, “Lily has been in the studio trying different sounds and writing new tracks. She’s not at a stage where she can start recording but the new album is definitely under way and there’s a chance it could be released early next year.”
 
They added, “When Lily retired she honestly thought she’d never record again. But she started writing for the new Bridget Jones musical and that gave her the bug back.”
 
The insider continued, “Her life has changed so much since her last album and she now has a different perspective. Lily wants a more mature sound and is penning tracks about Ethel and Sam.”
 
Since her last album, Lily Allen has married her partner Sam Cooper and the two now have a daughter, Ethel Mary together.

It’s Not Me, It’s You singer Lily Allen has revealed that she believes that Adele was cut off during her acceptance speech, due to the sexist attitude of the music industry towards women. Adele was giving her second acceptance speech of the night, when Brit Awards host James Corden had to cut her off due to time constraints and Lily Allen has now accused the Brit Awards bosses of sexism.

Lily Allen took to her official Twitter page to make the statement and express the fact that she was not exactly surprised by the controversial cut off decision. Lily tweeted, “I’d rather hear adeles acceptance speech. I can’t say I’m surprised. It was like the music industry’s attitude to women played out as a metaphor.”
 
Adele has received the backing of a number of her fellow music industry peers, including Girls Aloud singer Kimberley Walsh, The Saturdays singer Mollie King and Professor Green. Brit Awards host James Corden also admitted that he felt it was a wrong move and that he feels extremely bad about what happened. Adele won two Brit Awards on the night but the focus the next day was more about her being cut off than it was her success.

Lily Allen is believed to have given birth to her and husband Sam Cooper’s first child, a daughter. The ‘Not Fair’ hitmaker and hew new husband are believed to have welcomed their first child into the world today, although her spokesperson has so far declined to comment. 

However, a friend told the Mail Online website that the birth had been “all good”, while Lily’s former boyfriend Seb Chew tweeted: “sending out love to lily, sam and mini cooper……YES.(sic)” And earlier today, Lily took to her page on the social networking website to simply write: “Totes amaze (sic)” 
 
The news comes just over a year after the 26-year-old star lost the couple’s baby six months into her pregnancy, and three years after she suffered a miscarriage while dating Chemical Brothers star Ed Simons. Lily married builder Sam in June, and the pair broke the news they were expecting a baby at the wedding reception. A source said at the time: “There were tears all around. This is the happiest day of Lily and Sam’s lives and they are so in love. This is the icing on the wedding cake!”
 
After a lot of heart ache for the singer, we hope she is enjoying being a new Mummy.

Outspoken singer Lily Allen has spoken out against Jessie J claiming that she cannot understand how he singers music can be classed as “Music Of Black Origin”. The outburst comes following Jessie J winning four awards at the recent MOBO Awards. Lily did however, add that she does like her music and is a fan.

Allen took to her official Twitter account to say, “Now, I love Jessie J as much as the next person, but how is her music ‘of black origin’ ? Is it cause she says ‘man dem’ in her tune ?” She later added, “I am happy for her, I’m a big supporter of hers, I just don’t get the logic of those awards.”
 
Lily Allen is currently taking a break from the music scene as she looks to start a family with her husband Sam Cooper. Jessie J, who was recently revealed as the first judge of The Voice UK, has yet to respond to the comments of Lily Allen. Let the war of the words begin!

Mark Ronson has married long term love, underwear model Josephine de La Baume in a union in in her home country, France. 
 
Mark Ronson committed his future to Josephine de La Baume Saturday afternoon in the Southern city of Aix en Provence, after a long engagement of almost 3 years. All family and friends present. Amongst the congregation was Lily Allen, Kate Moss and of course his sister Samantha Ronson.  
 
Few details or quotes have come out of the event as of yet but its reported Mark Ronson wore a “candy-striped suit”, while his new wife wore a low-cut Zac Posen wedding dress with The View playing at the couple’s reception.
