Mark Wright discusses My Man Can

Former The Only Way Is Essex actor Mark Wright headed off to Germany earlier in the year, where he was filming the pilot for a new television show called My Man Can. Mark admitted that the whole experience was rather hectic but it made him much more confident in his ability as a television presenter.

Wright explained, “It was mad as the studio was massive and it was full of people speaking German. I had all these people in my earpiece telling me what to do in two different languages. I thought, ‘If I can deal with this I can deal with anything’. I just think to myself that I must be able to do this as if I couldn’t, they wouldn’t have asked me to do it. I know that sounds weird but it gets me through and I think that I’ve done OK with it.”

Mark co hosts My Man Can with experienced presenter Melanie Sykes, who he had kind words about. Mark added, “It was great working with Mel too as she’s a proper pro and has done these things for years.” Mark Wright recently admitted that he went to Geordie duo Ant and Dec for advice before he headed to Germany to start shooting. My Man Can has yet to be picked up for a full season but it is believed to have made good impressions.
